Title: Account Executive

Description:

Account Executives use extensive, ongoing client contact to acquire the information and content required to build successful programs and grow long-term relationships. Effective negotiation and expectation setting skills are a must. Account Executives must be able to add value by strategically thinking about a client's marketing and business objectives and by offering regular creative solutions to clients as a true expert.

Responsibilities

  • Manage of client relationships. This includes getting to personally know each of the accounts, working closely with them over time, and growing them into long-term, multi-year partnerships.
  • Account Executives use extensive, ongoing client contact to acquire the information and content required to build successful promotions and grow long-term relationships.
  • Proactive calls account for 75-90% of daily activity, phone, email and chat product support to prospects and clients via inbound and outbound activity to create new opportunities.

The remaining 10-25% of daily activity will encompass:

  • Responding to calls and questions about our products
  • Creating & sending case specific illustrations
  • Sending marketing materials.

Requirements:

The selected candidate should be a self-starting, goal oriented individual that demonstrates creativity along with an enthusiastic sales attitude to achieve set goals and increase sales with a College Degree.

At least one year experience in a sales or marketing environment with a p roven track record or the desire to have a track record of acquiring new business and building and maintaining client relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Required experience with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Excellent organization skills a must.
